Family-Apartment with a fantastic Dolomites-view for family holidays or time out with friends: furnished with 1 bedroom with double bed, safes, another bedroom with two separated beds, spacious bathroom: shower/WC/bidet, double washbasin & hairdryer, cosmetic articles, living room with fully equipped kitchenette (hob, fridge, coffee machines (filter coffee machine & Italian mocha) kettle, microwave, crockery, cutlery, glasses, kitchen utensils (without dishwasher), cleaning starter-set and much more), pull-out couch (1,00 x 2,00 m) for 1 person, dining area, 2 SAT-TV, WIFI, private balcony approx. 30 m² (with table, chairs, traditional wooden sun loungers, umbrella).

Rate per day for 4 persons WITHOUT tourist tax

The indicated rates are valid with a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment per day and the indicated minimum occupancy of 2, 3 or 4 persons.
Each additional person in the apartment is chargeable per day:

ONLY OVERNIGHT:

• Children from 0 to 2 years: € 10,00 per child & day in the baby crib

• Children from 3 to 10 years: € 20,00 per child & day

• Teenager from 11 years & adults: € 25,00 per person & day

BED & BREAKFAST + daily cleaning:

• Children from 0 to 2 years: € 20,00 per child & day in the baby crib

• Children from 3 to 10 years: € 38,00 per child & day

• Teenager from 11 years & adults: € 43,00 per person & day

For all persons over 14 years of age, a local tax PER PERSON AND OVERNIGHT will be charged in addition to the prices listed: year 2026: € 3,30 per pers. & day, year 2027: € 3,50 per pers. & day. All rights, changes and cancellation due to legal regulations reserved at any time and without prior notice.

In high season the arrival and the departure is possible only on weekends depending on the availability of the apartment.

Dog Rules at a Glance

Registration & Policy

· Capacity: Maximum 1 dog per apartment (multiple dogs or other pets such as cats, rabbits, birds, etc. are not permitted).

· Advance Notice: Please register your dog prior to arrival so we can make the necessary preparations. An administrative fee of €50.00 will apply for unannounced dogs.

· What to bring: Your dog's own bed or blanket.

Daily Rates for Dogs

· Small dogs (up to 10 kg): €15.00 per day

· Medium dogs (10–20 kg): €20.00 per day

· Large dogs (from 20 kg): €25.00 per day

Important Notes

· Beds are off-limits: Please ensure your dog does not sleep in the guest beds. If special cleaning of mattresses or bedding is required, a fee of €100.00 will be charged.

· Do not leave unattended: Please do not leave your dog alone in the apartment for extended periods.

· Liability: Owners are liable for any damage caused.

If you book bed and breakfast, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in a separate area of the breakfast room if you would like to take your dog with you for breakfast.
