The indicated rates are valid with a minimum stay of 3 nights per apartment per day and the indicated minimum occupancy of 2, 3 or 4 persons.
Each additional person in the apartment is chargeable per day:
ONLY OVERNIGHT:
Children from 0 to 2 years: € 10,00 per child & day in the baby crib
Children from 3 to 10 years: € 20,00 per child & day
Teenager from 11 years & adults: € 25,00 per person & day
BED & BREAKFAST + daily cleaning:
Children from 0 to 2 years: € 20,00 per child & day in the baby crib
Children from 3 to 10 years: € 35,00 per child & day
Teenager from 11 years & adults: € 40,00 per person & day
For all persons over 14 years of age, a local tax of € 2,90 PER PERSON AND OVERNIGHT will be charged in addition to the prices listed. All rights, alterations and revocations every time reserved.
In high season the arrival and the departure is possible only on weekends depending on the availability of the apartment.
Pets: Please understand that pets can only be accepted to a limited extent. A maximum of 1 dog per apartment can be accepted. Other pets are NOT accepted in our apartments. Please bring your own basket/sleeping blanket for your dog. Guests are required to ensure that the dog does NOT sleep in the guest beds. Failure to do so will result in a charge of € 100.00 for the costly cleaning. Please do not leave the dog unattended in the apartment for long periods of time (several hours). Guests are liable for any damage caused by the dog in the apartment and in the house. If you book bed and breakfast, we will be happy to reserve a table for you in a separate area of the breakfast room if you would like to take your dog with you for breakfast. We charge € 15.00 per day for small dogs (up to 10 kg), € 20.00 for medium-sized dogs (10 - 20 kg) and € 25.00 for large dogs (from 20 kg e.g.).
